Pure cow ghee prepared by the traditional Bilona method, with a golden colour, natural grain and the rich aroma of slow-cooked butter.
Curd is churned to butter, then slow-cooked - never made directly from cream.
A natural grainy texture and the deep aroma that only slow heating gives.
No artificial colour, no essence and no preservatives at any stage.
From 500 ml jars right up to 50 litre drums for institutional buyers.
Our Sudh Desi Ghee is made the way ghee has always been made in Indian homes. Fresh cow milk is set into curd, the curd is churned to draw out makkhan, and that butter is then simmered slowly until the moisture leaves and pure ghee remains. This is the Bilona method, and it is the reason the ghee carries its characteristic grain and aroma.
Because nothing is rushed and nothing is added, the result is a clean, honest product - golden in colour, firm in cooler weather, softening naturally as the temperature rises. That change in texture is normal and is a sign of real ghee rather than a blended one.
It is used for everyday cooking and tempering, for sweets and halwa where aroma matters, for diyas and havan, and in traditional Ayurvedic preparations. We supply it in retail jars as well as bulk drums for sweet shops, caterers, hotels and distributors.
